chikkymiss is excited that I am making this list!!! WOOOHOOO!!!
According to a certain diver I know, I really have to gain some muscle (strength), endurance, and flexibility. Now that makes me sound like a blob. But I am not – high metabolism with this very skinny frame. Just because I am slim doesn’t give me an excuse to not exercise. So now I am starting off with the foundation exercises this week.
My legs hurt!
