Well, a sweater was one of my first knitting projects, and I did it without doing a guage swatch first, so it doesn’t fit me at all, but nevertheless, I look at it, and I say: wow, I knit that, me! I’m so freaking awesome. I totally recommend finishing a sweater, but unless you focus pretty hard, it can be difficult, because smaller projects do seem easier, but only because you get your payoff faster.
