thinkcheap has picked up blogging again
I realize that as I write this I may be on a long road ahead. I’m a about sixty pounds overweight from my ideal (medically speaking) size and I have noticed that I get winded easily when I hit a flight of stairs or just stoop over to tie my shoes. This is ridiculous. I need to get into shape and the only way out is to just get started.
I’ve committed myself to running at least 3 to 4 times a week and I’ve purged my fridge and pantries of a lot of offending, weight gaining items. I’ve set my weekly meal menus and am poised to make this campaign for weight loss a successful one. Wish me luck!
