Man! Took me FOREVER to learn stick! Mom had to teach me because Dad couldn’t fit in the car. HA! But now I can’t stand 1. Big Vehicles 2. Automatics
1. My car is SMALL! So when I get in my Mom’s big honking metal piece, it’s like I’m taking up the whole lane and the other cars are going to crash into me or something.
2. Ha! Driving Mom’s Expedition is hard. I go from stick and gear shift and clutch to no stick and no clutch. Heck, one time I nearly went through Mom’s floor board trying to push in the clutch with the brake. Scared me and the two other people in the car to death!
But stick is so fun. Gives the car a personality. Some of my friends have stick, and their cars are so different from mine, they act different, it’s interesting. But yeah. Now that you’ve learned stick and found your cars personality, it’s time to name it!! Have fun!

yeah, driving automatic is so weird now. like i’ll hear the engine rev, and i’ll go to shift, and the stick’s not there ! :O
your mum was the one that encouraged me on this goal the most. : )
haha. i’ll see if i can come up with a suitable name for the truck. it was my grandpa’s, so we just refer to it as “bobby’s truck.” maybe i’ll get some help with the name. what’s your car’s name ?
