Have you tried to

control them? Waking yourself up when it gets really bad? Relaxation? Nothing too exciting before going to bed? No caffeine in the afternoon? Reading something pleasant?

i usually wake up

i did last night, but as soon as im awake i cant remember the dream…i just remember it was f**ked up.
i m usually good about caffeine, most days i dont have any 4-5 hours before bedtime.

LOL!

You might try to listen to some relaxing music before you go to sleep. I know how emotionally draining these things are. :(

:)

The bad one I had

last week woke me up. It took a moment for me to get a grip on myself and then I slowly went back to sleep. And then…I continued on where I had left off… !!!

That sucked…

mrcreed oi...

that sucks

mine dont usually continue when/if i get back to sleep

It does for me

about half the time. But I try and think about something else when I go back to sleep, but sometimes I just drift back into the nightmare.

Bummer!

Artemis is following her dreams.

I try to tell myself over and over..

I’m not going to dream about it. It’s over. Nope. No way in hell. If I do, I’ll wake myself up. It doesn’t work every time, but hey, I’ll tak what I can get.

Ohh, I've done that. :(

It does suck.

The ones involving

someone dying can really mess you up for the day. Had one last week and it was way too intense…

do you ever wonder

why the bad dreams?

Is the brain cleansing itself? Discharging worries while you sleep instead of waking up your conscious mind and leaving you in the dark with bad waking thoughts?

Sometimes I think it is the nature of the mind to go to dark places in the dark.

well...

maybe…i do tend to dwell on the negative a bit more than is probably healthy…but thats just how i roll =)
