Blow Drying my hair

I find it to be very comforting…the warmth of the dryer and the ability to kind of tune everything else out for a short time…it feels like a small luxury

Shocking, but I used to blow dry my hair. Of course I haven’t done it since I was 18, but that was in the big hair days. LOL

my hair? Maybe Mom does, but I don’t have any. I think when I went into the military I probably disposed of any evidence. The tough image, y’know.

I actually don’t like blow drying my hair. Now it’s really short and I don’t have to. I’m in heaven. But what a nice luxury to have – easy to take time out for from time to time.

If I am rushed

I still enjoy it….I do not get bored or impatient at all, not sure why~ I happened to notice each time I blow dry my hair it feels good!

Oh yes,

there is definitely comfort in the warmth of the blow dryer, especially after getting out of the shower in the middle of winter…but alas, I turn into a fuzz-ball if I blow-dry anything other than my bangs…

I would enjoy blowing drying my hair,

if it were as lovely and smooth as yours. Mine, on the other hand, is a wild mess of whacko curls, so getting a brush through it is much akin to pulling velcro across my head.

Ah, but I think I understand the feeling you get. I love to oil my hair, where I sit and just peacefully, quietly pull oil over each individual coil, a hour of quiet reflection. I don’t get that often, but I like it.
