Monday was heinous 4 weeks ago

The schedule was all out of whack with the long day at the Dr.’s office, stressed out and tired, so I didn’t prepare, didn’t cook anything.

skipped breakfast, had a side of stress, at a fast food chicken sammy for lunch and Taco Hell for dinner. Didn’t sleep well. Today, it feels like my insides are coated in waxy fat. I’m excessively thirsty. I feel like shit on a stick.

Funny how once you know what really feeling good is like, feeling bad is far, far worse. And to think this used to be normal. ick. Well, fine, that’s behind me, on to getting back to the good stuff.

good grapefruit juice and eat a salad for lunch.

Yep.

I’m having some greens, fish and water, but the grapefruit juice is a great idea, and I have some Texas Reds in the ‘fridge. I’ll squeeze one at work!
