Eating well, cutting down the caffeine and quitting smoking are finally taking effect. I’m noticing mood changes with take outs, but generally my mood is good. I’m feeling calmer and managing to do deep breathing exercises. My shoulders seem to be lowering from their uptight postition. Some days it’s hard to get up and keep going but I manage to get through it, set myself small goals and try to do something. makes me feel good, I feel as though I’m making real changes in myself.
