I found, for me, that the secret here is more vacation. A vacation doesn’t mean necessarily to leave town… it just means, taking a day off. I mean, really OFF.

I typically will work if I can’t sleep or on the weekends or holidays. So now, I make days where I’m not working. So if I take Tuesday off, I don’t look at work or work-related stuff from Monday night until Wednesday morning. This is like a mini-vaca.

or maybe, don’t try it… considering the state of the US economy, maybe too many people are already doing this. LOL
