one more house to buy is off the list – the one we went through tonight reeked of cat piss. Ewwww!

of a recent episode of “Hoarders”. Nasty show. Nasty houses too. There was this old couple who had something like 76 cats!!! They were crawling all over the house, pissing and defacating wherever (the cats….not the couple)

The problem with this house is the owners moved out of state and rented to someone who totally trashed the place. It was almost unrecognizable from the online pictures taken when the owners still lived there. But it was the … uh…. aroma that was the real deal breaker. There were no pets allowed, but the tenants ignored that. note to self – NEVER become a landlord!

I’ve heard some nasty stories about renters. It’s too bad that they have to ruin it for the rest of us who have no choice but to rent.
