It’s about time that I start getting down to business when it comes to being a mindful eater.
I’m going to start being more mindful throughout all of my daily activities and meditate more often as a strong foundation for my eating. I will also go back to practicing yoga often, because exercise and a healthy diet should always go hand-in-hand. Most importantly, I will east smaller portions and only eat when I am hungry.
My goal is to drop one size.
