Losing Weight and keeping it off

I start my diet once again on Monday January 2nd. I have lost up to 25lbs. This year I have only lost 15 and gained it right back. This time I will use my membership that I continue to pay for at “Curves” and haven’t use but maybe 10 times this year. Last year I was more into it because my sisters were going with me and then they stopped and I didn’t want to go alone so I stopped but 2006 will be “MY YEAR
