I am on the verge of quitting…
For me it is a matter of getting inconvenienced just enough by the habit…I guess I am just to selfish? For instance, my addiction doesn’t come from the nicotine but from how I identify myself with smoking.
There never will be just the right set of circumstances that make it a perfect “time” to quit…you just have to decide when you have had enough. But being prepared for things like…”so..break time…smoke em if ya got em…oh wait…uh…”
I used to just work through breaks….That gets old…I suppose I might have to find new people to talk to…I loath the idea of finding something to eat…if I drink any more coffee during the day I am going to float away…
Anyway…good luck out there. If you come up with any ideas from that book you were reading LMK.
