Im already pretty active (gym, hooping, belly dance) but my eating habits are what kill me and it definitely shows in my midsection. My waistline is currently 36inches, my goal is to get to 28inches. Not matter how active I am my waistline always seems to stay stuck around 35 and 36inches so Im going to change my eating habits (i.e. eat healthier) and see if it makes a difference in my results.
