This is one of the hardest things to do at 19. I’m a fulltime college student. I work 40 hours a week on top of that and I live paycheck to paycheck. I pay my cell phone bill, credit card, gas, food, and i’m supposed to pay my parents car insurance, but I don’t. I need to stop impulse buying. I a need to map out and make a plan to save money because my goal is to move out of my parents house. Granted, I’m only a freshman in college I still want a life. But it’s hard, not going to the clubs, or going to eat, or going to the movies with friends and spending money. Feels like I’m a social outcast, or the “Debbie Downer” of my group because I’m always so poor!
