Well, I can’t say that I was there for their entire set…..I left once to use the bathroom at The Garage and then again after The Nick was just way to smokey for my liking and because it was 2:30 in the AM!!!! Apparently I aged 15 years since I saw them last Christmas. But you can’t beat running into random folk from high school who you forgot you liked. And you can’t beat the constant flow of Hoegaarden that B’ham provides.
Hi LeeDicks – I am just curious: Were you fleeing Seattle for B’ham that Xmas or vice versa? I’m from B’ham and have been in Seattle for the last seven years. Last Xmas I was at the Garage for only an hour or so and had to leave because my eyes were bleeding from all the smoke. That’s one thing I like about Seattle…less smoke than the South.
