Welcome to the longest year of my life 3 years ago

Can you believe it has only been a year since we pushed this little baby out onto the interweb? Me neither. I feel like we have figured out a way to stop time (or at least slow it down).

We are getting our party plans figured out for next Tuesday, January 3. It sounds like we’ll be celebrating at the trusty Elysian starting around 7 pm (and maybe we can get Des or DJ to have a virtual party for those who can’t make is to Seattle).

Happy B-Day 43 Things. I’m looking forward to many more years of radical self improvement.

I think I discovered this site only a month ago, and it’s become my new net drug. It’s ridiculous. Congrats! I’m tempted to come crash the party at the Elysian in a “Worth visiting! Won’t Provide Travel Tips” t-shirt, or something.

Sure it would be awkward.. never mind that I don’t think I’ve ever met any of you, so I’d feel awkward anyway.

[Edit] Also, the Elysian has vegan field roast sandwiches and freshly made ginger beer! How can anyone in town turn down the invitation?

I went to Seattle for my honeymoon. Also Ellensburg, to visit the chimp/human interaction center. We’d move if my husband could find a job out there.

I’m still not sure based on the original message.

I’m one of the lucky 43P addicts who lives in Seattle, yet i don’t want to crash a party that was meant to be private, for obvious reasons. (And I can understand why it would be intended to be private.)
