are to be expected. I’ve been at goal since July and weigh myself every Sat morning. I look to stay within 3 lbs – up or down. I don’t freak out if it goes up nor do I don’t “treat” myself if it goes down. I am grateful to be healthy again and don’t stress over the number anymore.
