I studied German in High School in the mid 1970s, and have had to relearn it almost from scratch since. Now I’m improving, and have good comprehension skills, but am not good at speaking for want of practice. I watch a lot of German television via satellite, which is helping with my comprehension and familiarity with the spoken language, but it is all one way, sadly.
