Consider this done :)!
I suppose this is never really “done”, but it has been a consistent habit for 6 months now. Worked with a personal trainer for a while, initially to get rid of back pain – best thing I ever did! Found it very motivating, got rid of a lot of bad habits I never knew I had in terms of exercise and posture and honestly believe I’ve made a shift into considering exercise an enjoyable as well as important activity. Yippee :)!
