I just started doing and have completed a beginner’s course in Capoeira and I absolutely love it.

It is so fantastic and full of energy and life and I am learning more stuff than I ever imagined or thought possible.

How’s it going? Have you got a corda now?

I started a year ago too and I’m still just as much enamoured of capoeira, even more so.

Got my first cord, practicing as much as I can and trying my hand at the berimbau a bit.
