I started interning at the National Breast Cancer Foundation in Sydney just before Christmas. It’s alright. I like the feeling of being competent at something, and everyone there is extremely patient and helpful. I plan to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays throughout January, because if I’m after a glowing reference, is it quite a good place to clock in some hours.
Now to scab money off my mother to buy gorgeous office clothes!
