Do at least one hundred abdominals every day for a week. (read all 26 entries…)
I know, I admit, my performance has been lacklustre

But hey, I could use a few more cheers. Tonight I’m going to go for it again. Yesterday I did fifty crunches. Today I did about twenty “lift toddler up and bounce him on bed,” which did seem to work those obliques. And five minutes of hula hoop. Whoo! you should have seen it. Guaranteed to bring at least a smile if not laughs.
