having a little trouble

Hi everyone hope you all had a great xmas and a wonderful new year…

I was hoping I could get some advice with my weight lose issue I have been changing my lifestyle since the 1st of January 2010 And I have made some considerable changes for example I never snack between meals and I excersise for at least 1/2 hour each day if not more I have cut out all refined and processed foods sticking to only eating wholemeal and oatgoods as well as fresh veg. If I do eat anyting fried I never add oil and i keep the product itself to a minimum I only drink skimmed milk (the lowest fat milk you can get) I never add sugar, honey or sweetners to my drinks and also I do not and any form of fat spreads or butters to my bread.

At the moment I am 10Lbs down but noticed this morning that I had gained 1Lbs?! how did this happen? has it happened to anyone else? and if so what changes do I need to make to improve it?

any advice is always grateful

If you weigh yourself everyday, there will be fluctuations. I weigh myself three times a week. I find that when I am sticking to a diet and exercise plan, that three times a week works the best.
