I have completed a full week!!! After today lol. I did NOT check every single box every day, but I DID stick to the system and I DID check MOST of the boxes every day. And thats good enough.
I lost three pounds in week one. The scale went down and up and down again. I am learning about how to build lean muscle. I think this is giong pretty darn good! I’ll call it done at 7 days and go for another 7 days!
