I do this all the time – sometimes I think I’m too honest, or maybe the problem is I’m not very tactful.

If someone does something I don’t agree with, I tell them. I have very strong opinions but I really need to learn to sugar-coat certain things sometimes…or at least think of the consequences before I open my mouth!

So yeah…honesty = very important. Just be tactful about it :)
