Not really doing any exercise, as don’t have a real daily routine at the moment to schedule it into, but trying to eat less (even though can’t seem to keep a food diary properly either at the moment – argh!) and something must be working because I’m 121 lbs :)
Still got a couple more pounds to go before reach pre-christmas weight (118), but I hope just eating lean protein and small portions of carbs and vegetables/fruit will see to that within a couple of weeks.
Guess it’s just what happens after Christmas when suddenly your food intake reduces dramatically and the bloating and extra weight disappears before the real weight loss work starts
