And a ride was the furthest thing from my mind, as such I know that I need to try harder to get out everyday but as with any habit that needs to be changed it is far easier said then done.

At this point I resolve to make sure I get out there and ride everyday, rain or shine, simply because I know my health is important and as the years past to live to 2076 and beyond requires some habits being changed so in that I am doing all I can day by day. Need to find the routes and ride them to make sure I keep the mileage moving.

As another objective is to cover 10,000 miles before the year is over I need to plan those approaches and proceed beyond that, by making that consistent effort.
