wake up earlier on workdays (read all 3 entries…)
Starting tomorrow I will get up on workdays at 5:45am. 4 years ago

I go back to work tomorrow after being on vacation for three weeks; I figure this is the perfect time to begin the getting up earlier habit. Of course, it will help if I go to bed earlier; so I plan to be in bed by 9:30pm tonight. It is so early to go to bed, but it will make a difference in the morning!

I managed to get up on time all three of the days I went into the office last week. Now, we’ll see if I can continue it this coming week!
