Keep on one day at time find something healthy to replace the time you use to play poker
This is one of my hardest things to overcome but I must and can do it one day at a time!! Place some road blocks ban yourself from sites and poker rooms, tracks and friends homes that play poker.
Keep a chin up and believe there is a better life without poker.
