Today I made a small, but big triumph over my lunch. At home I don’t usually eat the healthiest lunch because I feel I either need to keep that food for my work lunches or I’m feeling lazy. I was ready to microwave pizza pockets that I have in the freezer for my boyfriend. I didn’t want to eat them but couldn’t think of anything else easy.
Instead I chose just some raw ingredients and put them together for a small meal. Instead I had grapes, celery sticks and whole wheat crackers. It was so much more satisfying than those processed pizzas would’ve been.
Yay me :)
