I don’t know what the question is to the answer to Life, the Universe and Everything but I do know where God’s Final Message to His Creation:

It lies withing the Gray Binding Fiefdoms of Saxaqine, near the star Zarss, around which orbits the planet Preliumtarn, on which lies the land of Sevorbeupstry. And in the land of Sevorbeupstry is the Great Red Plain of Rars, bounded on the south by the Quentulus Quazgar Mountains, on the farther side of this is the message. It is guarded by the Lajestic Vantrashell of Lob.

I would tell you what it is, but that, of course, would ruin the surprise.
