im about to mark this as done.
i quit my job. i got a new one. and surrounded myself with people who treated their bodies with self respect. the new job meant i had new hours and different eating habits. i didnt think i really had any weight to lose, but i lost 12kg in 3months and slowly put weight back on in muscle. i ran everyday, i ate well…. relatively. i wasnt perfect, but i have habits that will be maintained. and i stopped drinking so much, i only drink once a week now. and i drink ALOT of water. thought i was confident and loved my body before, but now no one can pull me down!
