I think I can actually do this.

I am making it to the gym at least twice a week so I can knock out running and weight lifting at once. I just made it part of my schedule. I really think this much needed goal can get underway now.

Yeah, at a qigong workshop I heard a woman in her later fifties say that she had the bones of an 80 year old. She had the same slight build as me. Hearing that along with recent back issues I’ve been experiencing has been a real motivator. No messing around. This body needs maintenance!
