The Weekend - So Far No Ride

I often wonder sometimes why I do not ride, perhaps it was that I got lost in the world of the sims, lost in that virtual verse. Or was it simply because it is easier to not do then to actually do. Both valid questions that I need to answer for myself, or perhaps you can offer your insight, in the challenges you faced and how you overcame them for whatever goal, but preferably specific to Riding my Bike More.

With any change certainly there will be challenges, through those challenges I know I need to grow, and so I constantly set up one more entry, one more view, for the good and the bad of it. I will ride my bike more.

Comments:

i dont think its “easy to not do” vs “easy to do”. I think its “easy to do something i’ve always done” ( a habit, ) vs “hard to do something i haven’t always done”. Our habits and comfort zones can feel so limiting sometimes but awareness is the first beautiful step in change! Maybe go with the nike logo and “just do it!”.
