I plan to track the weight of my harvests this year. I’ve already harvested from my aerogarden twice.

The first one was .6 ounces of mostly basil and parsley. This weekend I got another .75 ounce of herbs. 4 different kinds of basil, as well as parsley and dill. And just finished drying it in the dehydrator this morning. I got this beautiful choppping bowl/mortar and pestle set 3 years ago, so I’ll finally start getting real use out of it processing herbs. They’ll then be stored in little jelly sized canning jars I have set aside.

That brings my yearly harvest up to a whole .08 pounds hehe.
