This fruit-and-veg lark is an awful lot of work. I must’ve spent hours today shopping for them, hauling them home, preparing and cooking them. At least now I have a fridge and freezer full of ready-to-go goodness, and an enormous pot of pasta sauce with about eight different veggies in.

small pot vanilla custard
Aero bar (alas for late-night munchies!)
No “proper” workout today, but generally active day doing housework, and a walk to the grocery store (about 1km each way, uphill both ways – really! – and briskly enough that I got a stitch on the uphill; shouldn’t get stitches from just walking though :-( )
Also proper all-over stretch (mixture of yoga poses and sports stretches to get all the major bits)
