OMG....25 Weeks Ago I last Added An Entry!!!!!

Ok, this is serious now ok…..Really serious. I weigh more now than i ever have done in my entire life!!!! Sooooo, on Monday 9th me and BB are going on the mother of all diets! Why wait til Monday i hear you cry???? Well, i need to plan… Evening meals, stuff for BB to take to work etc etc…. Its gunna be hard, but i really have gotta do it….. Wish me luck, and if you see me eating anything i shouldnt….SHOUT AT ME for gods sake!!!! I’m relying on you right! :o)

But if I was to give you any advice (which of course I wouldn’t !!) it would be think small, small steps, and not all or nothing. Plan on losing one pound a week, so think long term!
But I know you can do it, and if you want any support, you know where I am :-)

Calorie Counting Booklet

I got a calorie booklet from WHS and I just looked at the curries and immediately didn’t want one… Psychologicaly it did me very good to know that some calories are instantly 600 calories.

I have highlighted the good stuff and bought corn crackers from the Health Shop and I feel a lot happier knowing that some goods are massively worse than others and feeling good about the stuff I can enjoy.

Fish is really good, seafood, anything by weightwatchers. Just find something you enjoy and yes, you can pig out occasionally. If you suffer, it just makes the diet worse. Make it a weigh (sorry!) of life. Milk is pretty bad and sugar (and I am just starting to use Candorel) I think you will start feeling proud of each achievement eventually.
