at long last

i actually have been doing this – and with some regularity even. i’ve only been making it to the gym once a week this past month. but i’ve been every week and i hop on the arm muscle machines every time.

i really should be doing it more often. the snow just really messed up my routine. winter’s days are numbered, and momentum is on my side.

huge progress, so far. if i can get a few weeks of getting to the gym at least twice, i will consider this goal a success.
