well I have been doing 20-30 mins for the past 3 days. Mostly sun salutations with some other standing poses added. I want to start adding some backbend preps and more forward bends by the end of the week. My current goal is to get my bridge back and strengthen my arms to work toward my other “thing to do” a back handspring. Then I want to get my shoulderstand. I hear is is good for relaxation and insomnia and I have never been able to master it.
