OK, I’ve been fussing and fretting over my weight gain for at least a year now and haven’t successfully committed to an exercise or diet program. It should be easy – there’s a treadmill and weight machine in my house, there’s a TV and DVD player in front of the treadmill, I’ve got an ipod and a glut of natural food stores within a couple miles of my house… But I need willpower to put all of these things toghether and set goals for myself. I only need to lose about 25 pounds to be perfectly happy, 20 pounds to fit into all my cute outfits again. This should not be that hard!!!

gorillagal3 Life is Good. really!
you can do this!
piece of cake!
20 pounds is easy. weight watchers is great. i should be on their payroll—i can’t stop singing thier praises. it’s teaching good choices, portion control, it’s the encouragement they offer… even just visiting their website daily will bring you different recipes worth trying. good luck!
rock out
girl, you can totally do it. my friend did the weight watchers point system and she looks absolutely amazing. she lost about 30 pounds over the course of a summer without exercising, so imagine what you could do with all your exercise equipment! just make yourself a fun playlist to work out to, get yourself starting out slow on the treadmill every afternoon, and rock out with your ipod while burning those calories! a good way to get motivated is to get all the junkfood out of the house, get a lot of sleep, and if it’s necessary, hang up the pictures of you when you were at the weight you desire right now to motivate you. good luck!
