So is March 2010 and my shape havent change since last year.. or even got worse.. I been doing non resistant training at all. what probably would be one of the reasons… also i been skipping workouts.. not caring for food all d time.. and over eating.. then finally I got a car… so I dnt do walking nearly at all!So need to get my moving and for once a life..in best shape ever!
