Do at least one hundred abdominals every day for a week. (read all 26 entries…)
Have done ~33 and a third abs, flutter kicks and crunches

I’m taking a goal setting assessment session mid-afternoon, between morning poetry writing and watching the lad while my wife had the postal interview, and going out again on gypsy taxi duty.

I believe periodic sucking in of the gut helps, if it is rapid and often enough. I’m obsessed with abs, with abs of steel.
