at the moment :/
I’ve been going to bed real early, like half 8 – half 9, but then been completely unable to sleep, and woken up very unrested. I’m still getting up at half 6, but I’m finding it more difficult to drag myself out of bed at the moment. Hopefully I’ll start sleeping properly again soon, and get back to working on my goal :)
