6 cardomam
2 cloves
1 n half onion
1 small cinamon stick
1inch ginger
6 cloves of garlic
500 gm chicken
3 green chillies
some curry leaves
1 tea spoon garam masala
making:
put oil in pan add cardomam, cloves n cinamon stick and onion fry , add ginger n garlic 3 whole green chillies
and some curry leaves add chicken and mix nicely till whole spices is been mixed in chicken, add salt, black pepper, n garam masala, put lid to cook, whn chicken gets tender remove lid and let chicken be brown thn add last some coconut and half lemon juice n corinder and mix well
