got close, but never learned. i really want to be able to do one!!!
work on your arm strengh do some hand stands then snap down with your legs think about it when your doing it think that your sitting in a chair and swing your arms back and jumps you then be in a hand stand that is when you want to do that snap down this is a hard thing to do because you have to get so much momentum but in time you will get it so good luck
