Do I really need to cut out all bad foods?!
I have learned something about myself this week. Whenever I eat one unhealthy things, it leads to a binge on everything unhealthy. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday were all perfect. Friday I went out to eat with friends and we all split a huge order of fries, so I had a ton of fries plus my soup I ordered. Then I got a doughnut with my friend… and came home and ate more fries. Today was even worse with getting mozzarella sticks, milkshake, fries, peanut butter cups, pizza, spaghetti… geez. I think I ate more these two days than Monday-Thursday combined. Why does one thing totally screw up my diet? Well, here’s to a new week, trying to lose the pounds I just gained back.
