Today was an off day – it’s raining and gross out. I think tomorrow will be my last week 1 workout – then I up it to 90 seconds running alternating with 2 minutes walking.

I’m new to this site and not sure how to contact people, so hopefully you will get this message. From reading your postings, it looks like you’ve found a program that helps you plan out how to start training for a 5K. Where did you find that? Any suggestions on how to get started?
