I sold my house, after all my debts are paid (except student loans), I will have app. ten thousand dollars – I also have few tools, a full time job, a beat up Ford Ranger, and an old fat dog. I want to buy property – I wonder if five or less acres is enough? I want to build with materials available on property if at all possible or move a “cabin for giveaway you move” on the property. I live in the Upper Pennisula of MI. Has anyone ever did the “cabin you move”?
