large amounts of raw fruits, vegetables and nuts have been digested by this body in the last few months. I’m also eating lean meats mostly poultry. I’d like to add more seafood to my diet, but my girlfriend doesn’t like the smell. I’ll figure out a way. Maybe she’ll just have to get used to it.
Also I’m reading a book called, “The Origin Diet” by Elizabeth Somer. It’s about eating more like are paeleolithic ancestors…pretty interesting.
Anyway I feel lighter and more energetic, I’ve learned to love raw foods, and have discovered a plethora of new and interesting healthy food to eat. I’m glad I chose to eat healthier.
